You don’t need to be able to swim to work with us, but a passion for the role that sport and physical activity can play in society would be advantageous!
In order to be shortlisted for the next stage in the process you must demonstrate within your application how you meet the following essential criteria:
- Maintain a positive outlook as a supportive team member with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), and able to interact with individuals from all levels within an organisation
- Ability to manage a varied administrative workload to tight deadlines
- Experience of organising meetings, producing minutes and agendas with a high level of accuracy
- Proven ability to handle sensitive data and produce reports
- Proactive, organised and resilient
Desirable
Previous experience / knowledge of the aquatics industry, sports governance, and running small projects, conferences or events would also be advantageous.
