About The Role

We are seeking a creative Programme Officer – Growth & Competition Support to join our team on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity working within the Growth Team as part of a busy Development Team, responsible for supporting the growth of our aquatic sports and supporting development level competitions. 

Reporting to the Club Growth & Programme Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programmes which will grow and develop competition opportunities for participants in all our aquatic sports of swimming, diving, artistic swimming and water polo. About You

The successful candidate must:

  • Have experience developing and implementing plans to achieve outcomes
  • Build relationships with a range of stakeholders including volunteers and professional staff
  • Have good knowledge of sport development
  • Be innovative, looking for new ways to create the best outcomes

 Previous experience / knowledge of competition structures, planning and delivery would also be advantageous.
