The successful candidate must have:
- Experience delivering teaching, learning and assessment programmes within the sports an leisure sector.
- Experience developing coach education programmes and assessment strategies including technical content from subject matter experts to develop and deliver training interventions.
- Knowledge of the sport of swimming and the aquatic disciplines.
- Proven ability to form and maintain effective relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to travel nationally to visit educators and delivery centres.
Experience developing qualifications or CPDs would be advantageous, along with an understanding of quality assurance processes and procedures.
